We have set up a Neighborhood Watch Meeting on Tuesday, April 16th at 6pm in the main clubhouse. A representative from the city of Sunnyvale will be giving out information and answering questions for our residents. Please pass the word to all your neighbors and take the time to participate.

Hey Kids! Come on down to the Theatre we will be showing "Wreck-It Ralph" tonight at 5pm! Bring your friends or make a new one at the show! Don't miss it!

Kids Bingo was changed to this Sunday, February 10th at 5pm. Gather all your friends and come to the Clubhouse and join Nina for a fun hour of BINGO! Fun prizes will be given out to the winners!

Art Class was a blast today! Anne taught "reverse coloring". The students enjoyed creating beautiful art they were able to frame and take home. Cost is $8 per student. Don’t miss the fun! The next class is next Saturday, April 20th at 11am.

We will be showing the "Superbowl" on the big screen in the Theatre in the Main Clubhouse this Sunday, February 3rd at 3pm. Light snacks and drinks will be served. So put on those game faces and come out and have some fun watching the game with other FOW residents.

Get signed up in the "Oaks Club" or sign up in the Billiards room for a fun day of competition in the billiards hall. We will be playing a doubles ladder this time. Cost is $5 per player. Prizes will be given to the top 4 players. Refreshments will be available for the players. Registration will close Tuesday, January 22nd.

The "Fairy Lady" is coming to Fair Oaks West this Saturday, January 12th at 12 noon at the Children's Activity Center. Face painting is "first come first serve". She will be here till 1:30pm. Don't miss it!

Did you know that every Monday this month we have Toddler Time at 12pm in the Live Oak Cabana? This is a great time to get those kiddies out of your apartment and in an organized FUN event with us! Ages3 and under.

Over the past few months, we have been giving our residents a larger referral fee of $500! For those of you that received the $500 Visa Card, congrats! This promotion will end on April 30th. If you are going to refer a friend, make sure they rent this month! Next month, the referral fee goes back to our standard of $200...which is still great!

We would like to invite all our residents to the Clubhouse this SATURDAY, APRIL 21st at 10 am for a FULL breakfast. We will be serving a pancake breakfast with bacon, eggs and juice. Please bring your FOW ID card to this event.

The forecast is saying it’s going to be a record weekend with temperatures in the high 80's!! Our pool is all ready for you to enjoy. The tennis courts are just waiting to be played on and the sand volleyball court is the perfect place to enjoy your weekend. Have a great weekend!

Spring is here! Did you know you can learn how to swim at Fair Oaks West? So many residents have been able to acquire excellent swimming skills right here in your own Fair Oaks West pool. The cost is $40 for 4 lessons. There is a one-time $20 registration fee due with each swimmers application. Non-residents can also sign-up. Please see Oaks Club for more details and to reserve your spot for May.

Try out an exciting, high energy class with Roxana our UJAM instructor. This class will get you movin' and make you sweat away your hectic day. Class starts at 7pm and is held in the "Live Oak" Cabana.

Come to the main Clubhouse and get signed up for a crochet class with Amy on Sunday, March 18th at 9am. Amy’s many years of experience makes her a very good teacher! You will learn how to make so many items. See Amy in the Oaks Club for more details and class requirements.

This Saturday, March 17th at 7pm in the main clubhouse we will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day with a traditional soup called Corned Beef and Hash. We will also be serving festive cookies. Come on out and have some fun and don't forget to wear your GREEN!

The weather is warming up and this weekend is perfect to enjoy all the outdoor amenities at Fair Oaks West. The pool feels great to take a dip or try out your backhand on our newly lit tennis courts. Feel the warm sand under feet on our sand volleyball court or just take a walk with some friends and experiences the gorgeous mature landscape. What a great place to live and enjoy!

Plus, a great place to introduce your children too. Children need to realize that books still exist! Plus, they have story time daily there! Enjoy the luxury of reading!
